Terms and Conditions

BIT.cv is a digital tools platform operated by NOVAWEB, Lda. (Tax ID 297277391), with registered office in Santa Maria, Sal — Cape Verde. Support contact: bit@bit.cv · WhatsApp +238 999 4727 (messages only).

These terms govern access to and use of BIT.cv and its plans (Free, PRO and FLY), including the URL shortener, QR codes, barcodes, digital menus, forms, business cards and other tools made available.

To access the paid plans you must create an account with accurate information and keep it up to date. The account holder is responsible for keeping the credentials confidential and for all activity carried out on the account.

• The prices of the plans and billing cycles (monthly/annual) are shown in Cape Verdean escudos (CVE) and displayed before the purchase is confirmed.
• Payments are processed over the vinti4 / SISP network. Card details are entered exclusively on SISP’s secure page (3-D Secure authentication) — BIT.cv never has access to the card number.
• There is no automatic billing: each period is a new payment. The subscription expires at the end of the cycle and the account reverts to the Free plan if it is not renewed.

Once the payment is confirmed, the account holder receives the corresponding transaction receipt by email, with the merchant identification and the purchase details.

You may cancel the renewal at any time. The refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy. The provision of the service follows the Delivery Policy.

It is prohibited to use BIT.cv for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to distribute malware, for content that infringes third-party rights, or to circumvent the limits of the contracted plan. Failure to comply may lead to suspension of the account.

The service is provided “as is”, with best-effort availability. To the extent permitted by law, NOVAWEB, Lda. is not liable for indirect damages arising from interruptions or misuse of the platform.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cape Verde. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of Cape Verde.
