Return and Refund Policy

The customer may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase of the plan, provided the service has not been substantially used.

• The refund is processed to the same card used for the payment, through the vinti4 / SISP network.
• The time it takes for the credit to appear in the customer’s account depends on the card-issuing institution.
• Once the refund is confirmed, the plan reverts to the Free plan.

Send your request to bit@bit.cv (or WhatsApp +238 999 4727 — messages only, does not take calls), indicating the account email and the transaction reference shown on the receipt.

No refund is granted in cases of abusive use, breach of the Terms and Conditions, or after significant consumption of the plan’s quotas during the period.
