Delivery Policy

BIT.cv sells exclusively digital services (PRO and FLY plans). No physical goods are shipped, so no shipping fees or delivery times apply.

• The plan is activated immediately after the payment is confirmed by the vinti4 / SISP network.
• Access becomes available in the customer’s account, in the subscription area.
• The customer receives the transaction receipt by email.

In the event of a delay in confirming the payment, the service is activated as soon as the confirmation is received from SISP. If the payment is not completed, nothing is charged.
